I booked our house wash and deck staining months in advance, and they maintained consistent contact the whole time. When the scheduled date arrived, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. These folks did a great job! Two guys were here all day - we have a large house and they did our 84 windows, two decks, walkways and the north side of our house. Prices were reasonable and work results were fantastic. Our walks had not been cleaned for many years and the process popped out the color in our stone walkways. Very pleased and would recommend!

From the beginning, Excellent Exteriors has been a company that delivers on promises and is most attentive to customer needs and concerns. Finally, I found a magnificent "Soft Wash" house company!! Mine you, I didn't say "power wash" I said "soft wash"! I love the concept of putting the cleaning detergent on first and using a low pressure (500 PSI) water to rinse it off! Causing no damage to my Siding or my window screens!! Seriously, my house looks like it has brand new siding on it. I've had my share of over price, underclean power wash companies do a really horrible job. I won't call any names! But these guys are the real thing! Nick Bailey was so professional and knowledgeable he is the epitome of a excellent Sales Consultant! Armanda Reyes was the tech who did the wash. He has a great eye for details. Getting every nik and cranny. He was very, very thorough. Are there any discounts available?
Yes! We offer a discount for signing up for 3 years of installation, and a discount for prior and active Military!
Can we customize where the lights go and add landscaping lights?
Yes! Just ask us about your plans and we can put together a custom layout instead of going with a prebuilt package!
Do you offer any payment plans?
We do accept payments leading up the installation date, you can just call us anytime and tell us how much you would like to put towards the job!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do ask for a 50% deposit up front.
What colors do you offer?
We install warm white bulbs and can order colored bulbs per job as needed. (Upcharges do apply)
Will you install any lights that I own?
No, we do not install your lights. The average retail lights have a higher fail rate, are not as bright, sometimes flicker, and pose a risk with electrical issues and overloading circuits.
