Reputation is Everything
I contacted Excellent Exteriors to clean a chimney. Tony arrived as described and provided ample notice when enroute. They were professional and effective as the mildew and soot were removed completely. Great job!
We've been happy with the lighting design, service, and responsiveness since using Excellent Exteriors for the past 4 years now. It's convenient and time-saving to have them put up our holiday lights so our family has more time together and less time unraveling strings of lights and climbing up ladders!
Solid service, quick and professional!
Great job, thank you guys.
I would highly recommend Excellent Exteriors! From the initial phone call to the completion of the services, the entire team was professional, courteous, and thorough. They did an outstanding job washing my windows inside and out, performing the Deck Soft Wash, and completing the Home Soft Wash Basic.I couldn’t be happier with the results! My home looks absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. I honestly have not one complaint. The entire experience was excellent, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a professional team. Thank you, Excellent Exteriors, for a job well done!
Professional and courteous. Made suggestions that needed to be considered.Thank you!
I love my holiday light display! I wanted a design that would stand out in a neighborhood full of white lights. Excellent Exteriors created a design that mirrors the colors in my whimsical shingles. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on the lights since they went up.
Alfredo and his partner were excellent. My house is the cleanest it’s been since we moved in. He was also respectful and understanding of our old, shallow well and was able to adjust accordingly. Highly recommend.
Didn't wake me up early and got the mildew off my house. Moved and replaced front porch items that needed to get out of the way.
I really was very pleased with the work they did at my home. I will be using them again.
The exterior of the house looks great. The siding looks like new. Great service.
The team at Excellent Exteriors exceeds my expectations!
Excellent exteriors communicated clearly and the job was done thoroughly and professionally. Our whole house soft wash and spot free window cleaning look wonderful. Our technician was professional and efficient, he did an excellent job and addressed any concerns I had and rehashed those windows.
Good service.
Terrific job.
The crew arrived on time and were very professional and careful to mitigate impacts to the extensive garden beds around the house. We had a whole house/roof cleaning done and the results are striking - the siding and trim look almost new again, and the 25-year-old roof looks a lot better too..
Outstanding service overall. Alfredo and his team went above and beyond my expectations.
We are really excited about the holiday season and love ❤️ the way our home has been decorated by Excellent Exteriors LLC. Thank you for making our first holiday season in our new home beautiful. The Tuckers
Great communication, great service, great result!
Always great working with these guys! Flexible, options, kind, professional. From Christmas lights to power washing - so easy to work with.
Excellent Exteriors is a great company. They’re honest, dependable, and truly care about the work they do and the people they serve. Highly recommend!
The process from scheduling to completion of project was flawless! The two technicians, Tony and Armando were very respectful and answered the questions we had. They did a excellent job. I would recommend Excellent Exteriors to anyone that wants a Excellent job done. Their name says it all.
They were SO quick to respond to my request for a quote. I believe their prices are reasonable. They were very informative and helpful. They give a military discount which helps a lot! Especially when on a fixed income. I believe they were able to come out the very next day! The men were very pleasant! The house looks SO CLEAN NOW! Below are some before/after photos.
Rolando & his coworker Armando did a fantastic job both inside & outside the house, juggling both their jobs & my chatting with them as they worked on the windows indoors. They also cleaned our exterior completely. In fact, I trusted them so completely in the home before they left that I fell asleep & they quietly finished their work without waking me. By the time I woke up they were done, the house & windows were spotless and my spouse was home. Thankfully, he had been able to say goodbye to them before they left. Absolutely 5 stars to anyone who let's me finish my nap!
Great Job!
This was my first time using Excellent Exteriors for gutter cleaning. They reached out quickly after I requested a quote, were easy to work with, professional, and did a great job. I'll use them again.
Excellent Exteriors did a very nice job soft washing my house. Scheduling was easy and the price was reasonable. I’ll use them again in the future!
Very courteous, listened to what was important to me. Did a very good job.
First time users will use again. Arrived on time and did a great job on the windows. Thanks
After getting info and quotes from several window washing companies, I decided on Exterior. They were not the cheapest but after having them wash my exterior windows I’m sure I got the best team, service and results. The team (O&L) arrived ahead of time and worked diligently, nonstop and with care. I would reach out again to them for an estimate on cleaning my siding & inside windows.
Quick quote, quick scheduling, and a great job!
They did an outstanding job and paid incredible attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything looked its best, taking the time to address areas I didn’t even expect. They take a lot of pride in their work, and the results definitely showed. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and will absolutely use them again!
Excellent! Professional and courteous from first phone call to completion. Cannot recommend strongly enough.
Armando worked diligently and was courteous
Great experience! The team was very responsive, kept me updated with every step of the process and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them for their services.
I was hesitant to allow anyone to powerwash my house as inexperienced people can damage siding, chip paint, or use the wrong chemicals. These guys really know what they’re doing. They soft wash the entire house with their chemicals and lightly powerwash it off. Really came out good and no issues at all. Highly recommended.
If you are in need of exterior work from cleaning gutters to washing stained brick, this crew is superb. We will hire them again!
What a wonderful job the team did on bring our cedar shake roof back to looking amazing. Especially making sure my plant around the house were not affected. Pricing was reasonable.Thank you to Nick and Ariel and the team!
They’re the best. I’ve used a lot of different companies throughout the years and Excellent Exteriors is by far the best. Their attention to detail is amazing.
Ozzy did a great job. He was very polite, efficient, and took extra care around the flower beds. Scrubbing each window with a brush is so much better than just spraying. Thank you Ozzy!
I hired Excellent Exteriors LLC 2 weeks ago to wash my house and driveway. The entire process with them was excellent - including the phone and email communications, the timeliness of the quote, the reasonable price of the job and the excellent work done by the two technicians who came to the house. I am extremely pleased with the work they did and wish I had done it 5 years ago when I first started noticing mildew on the siding. They definitely deserve their name!
Great service, very prompt and efficient!
MIguel was super friendly and efficient. Excellent job!
The team with Excellent Exteriors did a fantastic job with our windows, gutters, and house wash. Both the guys took their time and were quite deliberate in making sure my windows, house, and gutters were clean. They actually invited me to inspect their work before they packed up for the day to make sure I was happy with their service! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
Very professional to work with. Had the house and two garages washed and had all three of the roofs washed. Very pleased with the job that was done. The workers were awesome and stayed right at it to the work was done. Would definitely recommend!
Alfredo did a great job.
Arrived on time, were very personable and got right to work. I was impressed with the quality of their work as the stain had been there for several weeks. I highly recommend them.
Gordon and the team who worked at my house were great! They’re professional, knowledgeable and courteousWill definitely hire them again!
Better than expected. Professional Staff. Would use again.
We have previously used Excellent Exteriors LLC house washing services and have always been extremely pleased with the results. We have a large home on a wooded, waterfront property, so we have them perform the home soft wash, gutter brightening, window streak-free wash/cleaning, as well as washing the pergolas and boathouse.Their staff is very friendly, competent and professional. They take pride in their work and they do a great job! We will continue to use Excellent Exteriors, as well as recommending them to our friends and neighbors!
Fast, efficient. Everyone, from scheduling to work crew, was friendly and customer-oriented. Worked with me and my very tight budget!
Appreciated the quality of cleaning and the professionalism that Miguel showed throughout the project.Kudos to Mickey who answered all of our questions on pricing, scheduling and the whole process.
From start to finish I’m impressed. From Tristan handling my booking all the way through the quality of the job done. Alfredo and his crew member were thorough, courteous and did an amazing job with windows that haven’t been washed since this house was built in 1895😂. Will absolutely be hiring them again and a very fair price for the job done
They did a great job and worked extremely fast. As well as great customer service for questions and prompt responses.
Great job team. Highly recommend for taking proper care of your house
The crew did a very nice job washing our house and deck. They were professional, polite, and had very good results. We will use them again.
Ariel Castro was the crew lead. He and his partner did a tremendous job washing the exterior of my home. I’m happy and look forward to Excellent Exteriors returning to my residence.

Great job! They power washed the house and deck . They were thorough and on time .
Our roof and front porch look NEW! The guys did an amazing job - I don't think it's ever been this clean since the new roof was put on 6 years ago. Armando and his partner were professional, polite and friendly. They worked efficiently and quickly. We could not be happier with the work Excellent Exteriors did. On top of that, the price was quite reasonable. Thank you so much!New year: Because they did such a great job on our roof and porch last year, we decided to turn over the job of cleaning our front and back porch/deck this year. The guys did an amazing job - our deck and back porch have never been cleaner! Chase and his partner were professional, polite and friendly. They worked fast and efficiently. Again, we could not be happier with Excellent Exteriors. We have been telling all our friends how good they are for a year now, and that will continue. Thank you so much again!Jun 19, 2026. Ariel did our front and back porch and deck this morning. He did an amazing job, and as was the case last year it looks fantastic. Ariel was able to get smoke stains off part of our porch where I had been using the smoker when it rains - I tried multiple things and could not get it off, but now it is gone. He was also friendly, polite and professional, and I enjoyed talking to him. Another great experience, and we continue to tell our friends how good Excellent Exteriors is. Thanks again!
Excellent Exteriors definitely lived up to their name. We had them clean the inside and outside of our windows. They even did the screens and window sills!! I highly recommend them!!
The Excellent Exteriors team was indeed excellent. They were prompt, polite, efficient and my windows and screens never looked brighter. I was very surprised at how great they looked. I will use this company again and again and highly recommend them. Thanks.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Definitely a repeat customer and Excellent Exteriors never fails to impress.
Prompt, professional, courteous techs. Excellent job window washing our house!
The gentlemen that came out to do the pressure washing did a really good job. Better than my expectations. They were very polite, cleaned up afterwards and asked if I had any issues. I found one area the either was missed or needed redoing and they were all over it. Will definitely use excellent exteriors again.
We have used Excellent Exteriors several times to wash our house. We just had them wash, paint and seal our back decks, they did an amazing job! Love it!!
The guys were very respectful and did a great job. My windows and roof look wonderful.
I had an excellent experience with this power washing company from start to finish. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They took the time to thoroughly clean every area and paid attention to the details that many companies might overlook. When they were finished, my home looked noticeably cleaner and refreshed. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering great results. What stood out just as much as the quality of the work was their communication and flexibility. They were responsive, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Scheduling was easy, and they were very accommodating when I needed to make adjustments. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is reliable, courteous, and focused on customer satisfaction. Overall, everything was great, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable power washing service.

Our FAQ
Frequently ASk Questions
Are there any discounts available?
Yes! We offer a discount for signing up for 3 years of installation, and a discount for prior and active Military!
Can we customize where the lights go and add landscaping lights?
Yes! Just ask us about your plans and we can put together a custom layout instead of going with a prebuilt package!
Do you offer any payment plans?
We do accept payments leading up the installation date, you can just call us anytime and tell us how much you would like to put towards the job!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do ask for a 50% deposit up front.
What colors do you offer?
We install warm white bulbs and can order colored bulbs per job as needed. (Upcharges do apply)
Will you install any lights that I own?
No, we do not install your lights. The average retail lights have a higher fail rate, are not as bright, sometimes flicker, and pose a risk with electrical issues and overloading circuits.
Is it expensive?
There are a lot of factors to consider when talking about “cost”. Money, hassle, time commitment, and risk all come to mind. At Excellent Exteriors Lighting we aim to find the sweet spot that balances all of these factors out for optimal satisfaction. We’re not going to be the cheapest, but if we were we would have to sacrifice in some of the other areas listed above, and what is peace of mind worth when enjoying your home or event? We can confidently say that we are not “overpriced”, and we promise the best trained, most professional, worry free experience.
What areas do you service?
Based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia we serve clients throughout the I-95 corridor in Central Virginia. Depending on your needs, and the service required, we may be able to help in other locations as well. Give us a call and find out!
Are You Licensed And Insured?
Yes, and have full insurance on our vehicles and employees including worker’s compensation. This is extremely important because when our employees are working on your home or business, you are protected. An uninsured or even an underinsured person working on your property opens you up to liability. We don’t want to let that happen to you.
