Osbaldo took the time to walk the home with me prior to start and explain the process and then walked with me after completion to ensure I didnt have any questions. I have white fiber cement siding that cannot be powerwashed by someone who does not have experience with this type of material. Highly recommend this company for all your powerwashing needs.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely be hiring them to come out to my home EVERY YEAR to make it squeaky clean. We suffer from these terrible Asian lady beetles, that haunt us for a good month and a half. They leave a nasty residue of reddish/brownish/ orange color behind, (on my pure white home) which is very difficult to clean off. Excellent Exteriors were able to clean up the unsightly mess from these bugs! Not to mention, we had a green algae starting to form on our house and they removed it like it was nothing. They also offer a one year warranty on their work, which is a no-brainer. So, if any green discoloration comes back, they’re out in a heartbeat to clean it. The Woman that took my original call, was able to answer all of the questions that I had. The gentleman that performed the service, not to mention it was 40° out, was extremely kind, I felt like I was talking with family. Overall, we are tremendously happy with the results and will definitely continue to conduct future business with them. Thank you again.

September 2023Our roof had some traces of algae run-off (the dark black streaks starting at the roof’s highest point down to the house gutters). Even though there weren’t many streaks, we knew it would become worse if left untreated. We hired Excellent Exteriors LLC to provide a “soft wash” on our complete roof. They did an excellent thorough job for us. Our roof looks great!No streaks and no discoloration. Every time I drive down my street and see how clean our roof is, I am truly pleased we hired them! They definitely get 5 stars!!

Recently, I hired Excellent Exteriors to soft wash our aluminum siding and roof, and to remove accumulated oxidation from the siding. Eric and Jim did an excellent job washing the siding and especially the roof, which was covered in moss, mildew and algae. As promised, the roof looks new. However, the oxidation removal did not produce the outcome I was expecting. Nick Bailey, Sales Manager and Chase Vess, Owner, immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This is an impressive company, which I definitely will use again, as well as recommend it to family and friends.

Are there any discounts available?
Yes! We offer a discount for signing up for 3 years of installation, and a discount for prior and active Military!
Can we customize where the lights go and add landscaping lights?
Yes! Just ask us about your plans and we can put together a custom layout instead of going with a prebuilt package!
Do you offer any payment plans?
We do accept payments leading up the installation date, you can just call us anytime and tell us how much you would like to put towards the job!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do ask for a 50% deposit up front.
What colors do you offer?
We install warm white bulbs and can order colored bulbs per job as needed. (Upcharges do apply)
Will you install any lights that I own?
No, we do not install your lights. The average retail lights have a higher fail rate, are not as bright, sometimes flicker, and pose a risk with electrical issues and overloading circuits.
