This is the first time that our board of directors approved lights for our community clubhouse and we chose Excellent Exteriors LLC. Nick provided a thorough proposal explaining everything that we would receive and when it was time for the lights to be put up, he contacted me three days before and once again told me what to expect. Eric P and team showed up when expected and took their time putting the lights up. Everything was spectacular when they were done. September 2023Our roof had some traces of algae run-off (the dark black streaks starting at the roof’s highest point down to the house gutters). Even though there weren’t many streaks, we knew it would become worse if left untreated. We hired Excellent Exteriors LLC to provide a “soft wash” on our complete roof. They did an excellent thorough job for us. Our roof looks great!No streaks and no discoloration. Every time I drive down my street and see how clean our roof is, I am truly pleased we hired them! They definitely get 5 stars!!

Attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their approach was way more than I expected. They covered our bushes because we had just decorated for Halloween and they didn’t want to mess them up. Recently, I hired Excellent Exteriors to soft wash our aluminum siding and roof, and to remove accumulated oxidation from the siding. Eric and Jim did an excellent job washing the siding and especially the roof, which was covered in moss, mildew and algae. As promised, the roof looks new. However, the oxidation removal did not produce the outcome I was expecting. Nick Bailey, Sales Manager and Chase Vess, Owner, immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This is an impressive company, which I definitely will use again, as well as recommend it to family and friends.

Initially I was hesitant about the price, but it's worth every penny. We had our gutters cleaned and our deck washed/cleaned. They gave us a heads up they were enroute, showed up on time, were very professional and friendly, and did an AMAZING job. Our deck looks brand new by comparison. Once again another job done well by Armando of Excellent Exteriors. All exterior windows done in a very short time on a very hot day. I was worried the system was no more than a bottle of windex hooked to a hose but it was much more than that and had great results. I liken it to the brush at car washes with the water and foam coming out, not as much water and cleaner but quite the same. Armando did a great job and was very attentive and ensured I got what I wanted. Well done.

The process was smooth and efficient. The team communicated well regarding their arrival time and showed up promptly. They walked me through the process before and after the work, took pictures, made additional recommendations and told me if there’s still growth they’d come out and wash it again for free. As their name implies, this company did an "excellent" job with soft washing my roof. The crew also spent some time cleaning around the front of my house. They were very professional and explained everything in advance. I will have them back when needed.

Jim Watkins applied the seal today, and I really appreciated all the extra measures and time he took.
